    What OS ?
     Have you already loaded all the EVGA Drivers that were on the USB or download?  https://www.evga.com/support/download/
     
    I'd start with chipset, then try serial I/O .... then the rest of them in any order after that

    It ended up being this driver that needed installed.

    We updated the Serial I/O driver today for Z690, which includes the GNA driver that will fix the Base System Device error.  Please download and install if you're still getting this error.
