Lockedx299 FTW K Eleet wont run, fresh install new rig

So I finally got all the parts for my custom rig and installed the drivers from the x299 driver disk along with the Eleet program for the x299 series and I get this nice little error when I attempt to launch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I am not sure what is wrong with it, but honestly I would give it a pass... Use the BIOS for overclocking.

    Welcome to the Forum
    I Overclock only within the Bios and do not use this Tool.
    I assume that Windows in updated and current along with all the C++ Runtimes and all the .Net Versions.
    What Version did you install?
    Download E-LEET X 1.0.5 for X299
     
    On 64Bit OS you need to Install Both the 64Bit and the 32Bit Versions of the Visual C++ Redistributable
    I install 2008 up to current of 2019.

    Remember to Reboot when Told to and after they are all installed run Windows Update.

    EleetX has not worked for me the last few bios versions, when it does run nearly any voltage change will cause a hardlock/reboot. Evga software has always been questionable.

    Fixed it. Nvm. It was some kind of windows issue.

    I was unable to install the new version or uninstall the old version, there was an issue with windows and I contacted windows tech support and had them remote connect to my pc. Ended up having to reinstall windows and then was able to install and use Eleet

    Yes an unstable or corrupt OS can do this.
    Upgrade after Upgrade can break down Windows 10 and best to install a Fresh Install every Major Upgrade.
