problem with EVGA Supernova 850 G2L, 80 Plus GOLD

Hello everyone, lastly I have a problem
my graphics card does not have the same performance as before, and I just found the problem, it only consumes 180w instead of 270w I have a gtx 1080 ti, the problem can come from the power supply ???

    The Power (Watts) consumed by the GPU will change as the load (software) demand changes
     
    PC Specs ?
     
    What are you running when observing the 180W ?

    yes Nvidia panel set performance and power supplz mode on windows set hight, I get 180w when I play video games like metro exodus or black ops 4 and apex, which is very little for a gtx 1080 ti

    Game setting to Max ?
     
    Is your CPU overheating ?
     
    Room Temp ?

    So the issue occurred after swapping in the new 850w G2L?

    no it's been 1 years that I am with this power supply all work well, but now I do not know why it gives not enough power

    What clocks are gpu running at when you notice the low draw?

     the GPU runs at 100% in 1987 mhz constant, but the problem seems not to come from the power supply, because when I try Heaven Bench, my graphics card consumes between 230-260w so the power works well, I think rather that the problem comes from windows optimization or motherboard
