They're pretty good. I've only ever called them, and it never is more than a couple of minutes for a wait time. My old X79 Dark motherboard stopped booting consistently, and after a quick troubleshooting session they sent me out a new one. Came shrink wrapped and brand new! Unfortunately, we thought that the replacement was also a dud, and the replacement after it threw out a no-CPU error. 4th time was the charm after we found that I now needed to plug in the additional PCIE power lane plug - strange because that's for SLI setups and I was running a single 980 Ti.

Email for U.S. customers allegedly get answered in 24 hours or less. Email to the EU offices seems to be quite a bit worse - several days from what I've heard.

So, yes their customer service is excellent. The shipping, at least in the U.S., is quick enough - and can be expedited if needed. The advanced RMA program is also EXCELLENT - you just have to put down the replacement cost on a credit card as collateral.

What? Oh heck no! The advanced RMA option is for folks that want the replacement part before they send EVGA the old part - it's cross shipping, and EVGA just needs collateral for that.

For regular RMAs, you send them the broken part and they check it out then send back a replacement. In the U.S. it can take around 2 weeks, but often enough it takes less time. Usually, you pay shipping to get them the old card, and EVGA always pays to ship you the replacement.

Yes, with EVGA you will not wait 3 months to resolve problem.
Everything finish pretty fast when you send them graphic card no matter where you live.
Actually I never heard that someone wait more than month from moment when he ask help to day when replacement arrive.
Better to say month is long period for them... Everything finish for 10-12 working days, sometimes even faster.
Best part is easy communication when you need to explain problem and get RMA number.
You don't need to wait 48h only on first response to your problem and after that 1-2-3 weeks in debate before sending broken hardware.
