So I was messing around in my BIOS and noticed my memory was set lower than what it was rated. I corrected it and ran 3DMark 11 to see the difference. Well according to 3DMark 11 test my ram is still running at 667 MHz but E-LEET shows it at 1066. How can I fix this issue?

It's a flaw with 3DMark11. My RAM is running at 2133 Mhz but is reported as 800 MHz.  http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/8528908

Correct. It is just not recognizing the XMP profile entered. The base clock rate of your RAM appears to be 1333 MHz with an XMP profile of 2133 MHz whereas my RAM has a base clock rate of 1600 MHz and an XMP profile of 2133 MHz.
