how to update mobo drivers?

hi, i was using the geforce update finder for new gpu drivers and it said my mobo was out of date. so i downloaded the installer and installed. ran geforce update again and still said mobo drivers were out of date. im wondering if there is a certain way to update my motherboard drivers ?

    Download this 
     
    You don't have to create a floppy with it, go to where it downloaded to, and install that to a usb flash drive, then go into your bios, and you should see a place to update your bios.
    Basically this below is more detailed. If you must burn it to a cd/dvd, let me know.
    USB Flash Drive Installation - Alternate installation method
    • Download: E175SZ1K.bin
    • Visit this thread and follow the installation instructions. (thanks 30h6).
    • Use the downloaded .bin file in the USB flash drive.

    im not trying to update my bios, i guess i should have said my motherboard chipset.

    Ahh okay, download this. It's for Vista 64-bit.
     
    You should just be able to install it. If not, try running as admin.

    yah i had downloaded that and installed it but when i did geforece updater it still said i needed to update chipset. after i downloaded and installed what it prompter me too.

    i just ran the gefore updater again and now it says i have a 650i... which i dont. i just looked my at my evga 750i sli ftw box. i dont think im going to be using that site anymore.

    It could be a glitch with the site.  If you not having any problems I wouldn't worry about it.
