Use your own pass key, if you don’t have one, request a new one, team number is listed above :-)

You get your own personal passkey. It is tied to your user name and email address.
Make several copies for backup, I have it on a couple different computers and usb drives.
Get your passkey here   https://apps.foldingathome.org/getpasskey

Welcome back

It is a GPU world if you have been out of the loop for a few years.  CPU can still fold, but the PPD / Watt is poor compared to the GPU

Yeah, don't bother with CPU, just do GPU, the PPD difference is ridiculous.

A common "core" on a GPU is good for perhaps half of the performance of a "core" on a CPU.
Even LOW END current GPUs have hundreds of cores, the high end ones have thousands (4000+ on high end cards like the top Vegas and 1080ti/2080ti and Titan models).

You do the math.

Now that vorsholk has stopped his abuse, I'm returning to folding.
I no longer MOO due to abuses by certain "whales" in the Gridcoin community - so I now work the Distributed.net project directly again.

If you want to see PPD estimates for just about any GPU go here: https://www.overclock.net/forum/55-overclock-net-folding-home-team/475163-gpu-projects-ppd-database.html

I found it super useful trying to figure out the best bang for the buck.
