So I am curious, I had to totally uninstall my fah files and start over. I have it folding again but even though it shows 6.4 million PPD it's only giving me like 250000 points per wu. Then I remembered about the 10 wu needing done before bonus points. After reinstalling fah I had to re-enter the user, team, and passcode. Did reinstalling everything make it to where the 10wu need done again before bonus points start again?

You do not need to fold 10 WU again, unless you entered a different pass key.  Are you sure you entered the exact same pass key as before?

Also, it looks like 250,000 per WU is similar to the points you were previously getting a week ago.

Your passkey only needs priming once. Use the same passkey on all machines and any team you may fold for, unless you want to create a new folding identity for some reason.

Yeah it's all the same, I can't figure out what's going on with it. I've only had I passkey and I'm using the same user and team name.

Bonus points will be disabled if your passkey account falls below an 80% WU completion rate. Make sure you don't have a client somewhere erroneously throwing lots of failed WUs.

    How many slots you using?
    This indicates you have 1...
If I put mine up as well you would see 10+
If you have more than one slot something is wrong in your Username or Passkey(I think)

These are your production figures...I have to use 4 slots to get that type of output..
Sorry if I appear dense..it's my nature..I am Canadian eh!..but I don't understand the issue you are having and I did try to find it
after all your name is ...sparetimepc and when it is running, in your spare time, it is really puttin out
Remember Estimated Credit is just that an estimate...

Yeah just a single slot with a 3090 strix oc gpu. Maybe for some reason I'm just getting a lot of small wu all of a sudden. Every now and then I also have a cpu slot working but not very often.

Fah figures are estimates ...I think..don't let that play with your feelins

For reference I use the overclockers link and I think you are PRODUCIN!
    6.5 ppd...single gpu..

So if you open the web control and then click on the link that says stats isn't that supposed to open up to show my total points and total work units that I have automatically ?

Yeah when I click stats in the web control it shows a total different username and stuff then mine, I don't get what's going on. In the advanced control it shows a number in both the username and team section.

Have you tried reentering it in the advanced control?

You have an error in your "identity" most likely..believe me I have been there...lol
(something as simple as a mistake in your team number or passkey can cause it)
Go back and make sure your Passkey is correct...recheck that you have the right passkey for you to enter..
Have them reissue you a passkey from your info..it should be the same..if it is different it could give you a clue as to what has happened.
When you reinstalled, the client, did you delete the original data?
It is one of the options...

I did delete everything yes. Where mine shows a number for username matches the number on my xoc page and the number for team matches the evga folding team as well.

Click the link to get a passkey in the advanced control
Enter your username and email in it.

Keep a record of it and compare it to the one you are entering..be very careful
Enter the correct Name  and Team number in the fields and passkey

I enter it in the Webcontrol by hand manually one digit at a time to eliminate errors and you can see the digits..
    Save everything and recheck.
If you aren't seeing your correct Name in the Advanced try entering it where I showed you.
    Save...close..restart..
    Try your stats again...
I am not an expert but I keep rechecking my work.
If this doesn't work try posting a new thread detailing exactly what you are seeing in your controls..

I would change that xoc number in the Name field to "sparetimepc"
save exit and reopen...if it is still "sparetimepc" then I would reenter the passkey, after making sure it is correct, in the WEBCONTROL...under change Identity making certain everything is correct...Name team etc..

I hate to ask the obvious, but its not something you were clear on: are you able to type your name into the username field?

Best thing to do with the pass key is save it to a txt or doc file and save it in a few different places. On a ssd on a cd on a usb on line somewhere. I always cut and paste from the txt file to the client so there is no way I mess it up with a number out of place or missing
I keep the folding install BOINC install and pass key on a usb drive so I have it Handy

Another potential storage location is to email it to yourself.

I think I've got a copy there as well as on several computers, a flash drive or two.

Best option, however, is to simply memorize it!

Copy and paste definitely works in advanced. To be honest, I’ve never used web control because it is so different than how the folding client used to be.
