I used ctrl-c on the passkey.txt file then ctrl-v in the client.
I am pretty sure I did it in the first thing it takes you to after you install folding. Would be web control no?
Going to be doing another install real soon. I installed win10 home the other day by mistake.
It should of been win10 pro I will be reinstalling everything. I'll see what it does
I know it works somewhere in there I have not done it by hand in years, always highlight then ctrl-c /  ctrl-v

Never use web control = use advanced control for FAH

Well I thought it was all good, looks like I'm only getting the base credit for each wu now and none of the bonus points. Always something. Comparing wu complete and points that go with them it's way off because each wu being completed is showing around 300000 but totals are not reflecting that at all.

Didn't someone say that you needed 10 wu before you gain bonus points. You just changed something in your settings. Did you go over them again to make sure they are all correct?

According to XOC you just completed 10 wu since 6pm tonight...
Weird thou...3 wu's yielded 163000 then 129000 and 4 wu yielded 93000

Have you checked your log file for errors?

Yeah I leave it go still and see what happens. Is it just supposed to start giving the bonus points when it decides to or what. It's been running nonstop since I got everything to matchup with no errors. all wu are completing successful and uploading fine.

It it continues start a new post and be a specific as you can with the issue.
You can put a link in this one to it if you like.
Title it differently and specific to the issue.
Help..Having problems getting FAH client to issue bonus points to WU...
A title like that but in your own words and describe what you have done in the first post to try and fix it.
I am not an expert Dave

What version of client are you running?

Dave
Do me a favor and check your passkey for spaces at the beginning or end...You can get to see it if you look in the change Identity section of the Web Control. Cursor has to stay in field to have passkey displayed. Do not share passkey online...
I am searching the FAH Forum for answers..

Where is your slider set..make sure it is at full
The op on the post I was reading hadn't been running his computer for awhile and everything was checked and rechecked. Passkey etc..
Suddenly it started giving bonus points..so sitting may cause this...also he was told that he had used a few different passkeys(errors)
I still don't know how you ended up with the XOC number in your user name.
I would check to see if you have some weird flag set or something.
You familiar with setting flags or removing them
What version of FAH are you running?

FYI
This is where you go to add flags or to see if you have some settings the client has automatically done to you.
No harm in looking.
Just use cancel to exit.
This is how you get comfortable with your client and how to make better use of it.

No harm in looking around. I still wonder how your username was your xoc number.
Did you accidentally change it somehow?

Seems like when you initially setup the client it would not take a name, it would say numeric digits only. So I went to xoc and found my numeric number there. Put that in the user, number for evga in the team, and then added my passcode. That's the way it was always working without issues. I'm gonna let it run today and see what happens, it has just now done the 10 wu since it started going again so I'll see if bonus points start getting added today sometime.

Yeah looks like bonus points kicked in now, almost 1 million for 3 wu's is more than the previous 10 wu's combined. Now looking like all is 100% functioning properly.

It looks like you primed a new passkey so you probably have 2 identities now for EVGA.

edit: I just looked only the one ID. Next guess is you failed to many wu’s as was mentioned earlier.

Not sure what I did but I'm gonna use that link in an earlier post to check a couple of codes, I remember changing my username on evga quite some time back and thinking that's where I might have got codes messed up.

I keep my  user ID, team, and passcode in a Draft in my email account. That way it's always there to copy/paste from if the need arises.

Glad you're back up & running. What card(s) are you folding with???

I never use the web-based client, but I just opened it up to see if I have the same problems.  I had no issues copying/pasting info into the identity fields on the web client and as many have pointed out copy/paste works in the advanced client as well.

I am a right click copy paste guy and it wouldn't give me an option of pasting...now it does...DOH!
I have numerous copies of my identity and I swear I have always had issues trying to get it to paste in the Web Control..and since you can't see it in the Advanced I wouldn't take the chance...having once created a mistaken identity..
Glad it is working sparetimepc
