I need to install Precision XOC, but it won't install. I've tried several times, tried as admin, tried rebooting. It just sits at the status screen with a gray bar and never gets past that point. I turned off my antivirus, still no luck.
I also tried the old version, Precision X 16, that won't install either.
(I tried MSI Afterburner, that one will actually install, but I had a hard time using it, and so I uninstalled it.)

Ok, my bad. After 20 minutes, it's finally started installing. I never saw something take so long to start installing. This is like installing something from floppy disks in the 80s. (Deleted for Foul Language) Is this normal? I guess close the thread, false alarm.

Foul language, what are you 12 years old? The initials W T F do not constitute foul language, its an acronym which replaces foul language.
This is doubly funny coming from a weirdo who has a picture of Jessica Alba in his profile.
Anyway, this is garbage software. Worse than the MSI Afterburner. So now I have tried to uninstall this software, and after uninstalling I now get an error message "Driver Not Loaded. Try Run as Administrator"
How can I remove this garbage software?

The "Driver Not Loaded. Try Run as Administrator" error is caused by the leftover WinRing0 for Precision XOC (for me) and you need to delete the entrie(s) from the registry..This is what I have to do to fix it.
1. Create a System Restore point to back up the registry
2. Press the Windows + R keys to open Run and type in regedit and open the registry editor
3. Navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services folder and expand it and find the WinRing0_X_X_X folder
4. Right-click on the WinRing0_X_X_X folder and delete it
5. Check other ControlSet\Services folders (such as ControlSet001\Services, ControlSet002\Services, etc.) if they exist for a WinRing0_X_X_X folder and delete them as well, but deleting the WinRing0_X_X_X folder in CurrentControlSet\Services should delete it in any subsequent ControlSet\Services WinRing0_X_X_X folders
6. Done..Restart your PC..Find joy, hopefully.
The _X_X_X part is the WinRing0 version number, such as WinRing0_1_2_0 and can differ
You should also delete the leftover Precision XOC files/folders in the Program Files (x86) folder.
