Greetings,
 
Thinking of picking up a Z97 Stinger Core3D but I'm wondering what the owners think of the headphone/audio quality in general.
 
Also, can you have 5.1 analogue out AND headphone/mic-in plugged in at the same time? It's not clear about that in the user manual. Ref manual screenshot attached.
 
Any info about the above from current owners would be appreciated.

    Don't know about the stinger but on my z97 classy (which has the same core3d chip I think) I have 5.1 analogue and a mic headphone all plugged in (all in the rear). There is an option in the creative sound labs menu that just lets you switch the output from headphone to speakers.
