I am not sure where this problem is coming from. Once in a while, when I am not at the computer it will shut down and it will not boot up until I flick the off switch on the supernova PS for about 5 minutes and then it is fine. It has not be inactive long enough to sleep.

The motherboard is getting power because the lights on it are on and neither the button on the case or the start button on the board does not work.

This never happens when I am actively using it and if I manually shut down it does not do it either.

Edit: Sleep is set for 1 hour. I was away maybe 20 minutes.

Go to Windows Settings. Click on the Power & Sleep tab. Change anything that may be set to that time limit.

That is me in the picture, anyone else ever pet a live Lion?

Sounds like a protection feature in the psu is being triggered.

Best thing to do would be to try another psu.
