Has anyone heard if there will be support for the 13th gen Intel CPU's on EVGA boards? Its the same socket but with 8 more efficiency cores for the 13900k.

Hopefully we can get the 13th gen bios update for the z690 kingpin before evga goes out of business due to them exiting the gpu market.

EDIT: Looks like it was posted 3 hours ago... https://forums.evga.com/BETA-BIOS-Updates-for-Z690-DARK-KNGPN-200-CLASSIFIED-200-m3574539.aspx Doesn't mention for which cpu it adds support. Just says next gen cpu's. lol.

I'm not at all worried about EVGA going out of business. Even if GPU's were some 80% of gross revenue, GPU's were not even close to being 80% of profits; or even 50% for that matter.

I personally look forward to continue to buy EVGA power supplies and Motherboards; In fact I am excited about the possibility of growth in the Motherboard division as staff from GPU division moves over to motherboards.

Well, we don't really know that.  Even if the margins for a product were say 1-10%, the sheer volume of GPUs sold even at lower margins could potentially have a large factor in the over-arching profits for the org.  Then, factor in the GPUs selling at inflated prices for the last couple years and I'm sure margins were quite a bit more than they'd be today with the GPUs at the lower price points.

You can update it yourself without the cpu lookup USB to SPI for BIOS Flash in the manual… https://www.evga.com/supp.../files/121-AL-E698.pdf

For Bios Flash update, do i need to rename the Bios file folder? or just update it as is?

Don't think it should matter.  Just find the main BIOS file and go from there.
