Hello,
 
I have an EVGA Z690 Classified motherboard, 121-AL-E698-KR, LGA 1700, Intel Z690. I get the memory via M.2, so I'm wondering if I connected a monitor to hdmi, would it work without a graphics card.

    does your CPU have an iGPU ?  (GPU as part of CPU) ... check the specs from Intel

    As long as your CPU isn't an "F" variant, you should be good.

    will DDR3 M.2 work in Z690 motherboard

    No, it has to be DDR5. The Ram is different design it will not even install
