I have no instability or problems but noticed Hardware info and Hardware Monitor both show my 12 volts as being 11 volts.  It is showing 12.157 volts in BIOS.  Is this normal on this board?

    Software readings can be inaccurate.

What Sajin said. BIOS is always reliable unless you have a multimeter tool to measure the voltage.
