X79 won't shutdown with usb 3,0

hey not sure where to turn need some help....i have a x79 classifed mobo and when i have anything doesn't matter what it is plugged into the usb 3.0 ports the computer won't shut down it just sits in limbo like it wants to but it does nothing...thoughts? or anyone have the same problem?

    What do you mean? Shut down from Windows? Or hard power off? CPU? What operating system are you running?

    Hello Wounded,
    As stated above, go ahead and list your system specs(CPU,OS,Ram, Etc.) and try to be as specific as possible with the problem you are experiencing. The more detailed you are, the better we will be able to assist you with your issue.
