Why is the EVGA website so bad?

I got loads of errors trying to get support and now I keep getting a ‘session expired ’ error for the RMA. I’ve ended up sending them an email.
It’s only a cooler (CLC 280) with a dodgy USB. I don’t know i they realise how annoying this nonsense is and how much less likely to buy anything from EVGA again it makes people.
I honestly don’t know how they don’t improve the website.

    Your saying it timed out in Less than 20 min ?
     
     
    I see your on the EU.EVGA - website ... might be the reason that your seeing an issue ?

    I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with the website. I do see that your email was responded to about an hour ago. If you're still having issues with the site, please try clearing your cache and cookies and try disabling your VPN, if you're running one, to see if that resolves issues with the site. If you continue to have issues, please email webmaster@evga.com for futher assistance.
