I did not recieve support ticket number

So I registered my product and started a support ticket on EVGA website, I recieved email that now I can RMA the PSU.
 
However I'm not able to find the support ticket number when I log into EVGA website, also it is not mentioned in the email.

    Hello xtggg and welcome to the EVGA community forum,
     
    If you click the Member tab at the top of the page it will open with a list at that point look for My Products and click it that will bring you to the list of registered EVGA item or items than at the bottom of the registered peroduct you will find "If you require information regarding the warranty, or if you wish to see step up options, or even start or check on an RMA, click 'View Details' for more information regarding this product." so after clicking the View Details box it should open up to the information pertaining to such as RMA ID and RMA Number if a RMA has been started if not call EVGA's Customer Service.
