73.6% on the step up 980Ti ACX2.0; didn't bother beyond 150 clock and memory yet... runs smooth and cool Firestrike, UHeaven.

Sure that wasn't a typo about 1622 on air. Rather should be 1522 on air.

I have two hybrid TI's, one of them is 74%, the other one is 56%...maybe this is a coincidence, although I have read low ASIC being or becoming potentially a problem, but my ti hybrid with the low ASIC died this morning. That's right, PC would not boot up, upon testing your usual suspects first from RAM/PSU/cabling etc, when I removed one GPU and booted up, the GPU started sparking and smoking from the far right side of the GPU, gave me a big spook, fell back, quickly removed the power cord. I re-tested everything else including my other GPU to make sure everything was working OK and it appears to be, re-tested the toasted GPU, no boot. cross ship RMA process started, ugh, neck deep in Witcher 3 and then this.

Geez man , that's super unlucky ... And of course those are the hardest cards to even get ahold of. Hope your rma experience is better then mine. I had to wait 2 months for mine to be approved then usps screwed me over and delivered my rma 980 3 days late. But I got a good card in return. :P Hope you get a good one too. How the temps and what kinda speeds are you able to hit on the working one ?

I was worried with the high demand they may not keep extra 980 ti hybrids in stock so I asked and was told no. so no telling how long you'll be waiting.

I handled mine over the phone, for the price I paid on that card, I don't want no internet forms, I want to be absolutely sure it's handled and verify that everything is A-OK. Because I chose to cross-ship RMA, I dropped another 750.00 so I don't have to wait forever, and everything's done already and my replacement should be shipped out within the next few days. SiAScORCH I was worried with the high demand they may not keep extra 980 ti hybrids in stock so I asked and was told no. so no telling how long you'll be waiting.
As mentioned above, I was told it would be shipped out within the next few days, nothing about it being delayed or anything...I also contacted EVGA about a week ago before this even happened about potentially RMAing the card anyway because of the super low ASIC score of which they agreed to do, but I actually decided against it, probably because I was deep into Witcher 3 and everything was working fine. They told me that the RMA department actually has their own stock of cards that do not align with what's available in the store, so, but that may have not been the case when it first launched which is when I got mine.

Just got my cards to day. First build using Nvidia GPU in years, the last Geforce card I had was a 6800 GT been using ATI ever since. The Windows 10 reports had me a little worried i made the wrong choce to go back to Nvidia but not anymore Windows 10 x64 Pro no issues with SLI in witcher 3, Diablo 3 or 3DMark will test more when the last of my parts turn up for the new build. Currently running my 2 GTX 980 Ti SC+ in the old 3770k box, no overclocks yet. Alright now the the ASCI values are top card 79.9% bottom card 71.9% Build will be when the RAM shows up from the US. Intel I7-5930k <Evo Supremacy EKWB water block> MSI Godlike <only reasion got this over the Asus is it meant i didn't have to mod in custom led lighting> 2x EVGA GTX 980 Ti SC+ <2x Titan X EKWB water blocks> Corsair Dominator Platinum cmd32gx4m4b3000c15 <EKWB water blocks and heat spreader> 14x EKWB 2200ER Vaders Coolstream EX 480mm Rad Coolstream EX 360mm Rad EK-XTOP Dual D5 PWM 1/2" ID 3/4 OD tubing Corsair AX1500I <for a 3rd card down the track if i need it> May end up splitting in to a dual loop depending on the temps. New to Nvidia SLI can I have the clocks mismatched and set physics to the higher clocked card or is it best to have match the clocks and auto on the physics?

my first 74% Asic 980 Ti K|ngP|n arrived today all the way from EVGA Germany (Near Munich). Has 75.9% Asic just 0.1 less to be a 76% Bracket one. The pamphlet inside had OC "Brackets" which talks about the range of OC's you can get if your using the ACX cooler, Liquid cooling using the only current compatible one the 980 K|NGP|N block from Bits power or LN2. ACX Cooler had a range 1500-1575 OC. I tested it on mine: now just waiting for my second K|ngP|n, and two 980 K|ngP|n waterblocks I bought from the U.S. Since I can't find one in the UK at all. I tested it with my 2 Hybrids individually as well, both Hybrids can't hold any more OC beyond 1380 at all. I will update more later with it benching on FireStrike.

Which card model do you have? Nice clocks
thanks , this is the card model I have http://www.evga.com/Produ...aspx?pn=06G-P4-4991-KR nothin fancy , and I'm running everything on air except my cpu. But I'm Gona slap a 240mm aio on my 980ti later and see what happens
Very strange. Your base clock must be 1400. Did you mod the bios? I didn't think a reference card / bios would deliver enough power.

New system fully built now On water. The big difference I can see with the ASIC between a 79.9 and 71.9 is 2nd card is always at Voltage limit and 1/2 time hitting power limit OC settings are 1301 base, boost 1530 memory 8002. Even runs witcher3 without any stability issues @4k.

Graz on your 85% Asic. But high asic doesn't really like the voltage being raised on standard cooling methods. That Asic should do more than 1500Mhz boost clock though. Remember a boost clock of 1400Mhz in gpu-z referes to roughly 1550Mhz in real world after gpu-boost 2.0 kicks in. This is already where men are seperated from the boys when it comes to the chips, no matter what Asic you are running. But you might need a serious bump in the powertarget hence needing to flash your bios.
