The sticker on the back of the card with the serial number on it is all you need. Generally, there is a 3-year warranty and as long as you don't remove the sticker then your warranty is fine. As said above though, it would be ideal to register the card now in case if there is a problem so you don't need to remove the card from your case to call EVGA but instead you can look it up online via your account. There is also some other benefits of registering it now.
