my opinion ... its worth every single pence :)
 
And thank you ! yeah i noticed the guy with the monoblock. a very awesome project ! :D
 
What i also done as experience while building this project ... the hydro copper block fits terrible ! had to sand down the standoffs 0.5mm on the block and exchanged the philips screws against alan bolts on the backside to get the pressure on the die i need ...
without modifications the gpu goes up to 80°C ...

Crazy.. what temps are you seeing on load on the card now after that mod?

Yes ..23°C room and 30°C water (aquaero temp cali sensor gaming load 1hour)

You didnt looked right ? 4x 480mm 🙊

I seen the 4 rads but thought maybe dual runs since you have 2 res.

I have a similar setup but with 2x EK 360, 2x 480 60mm thick rads in push/pull fans and a corsair 520 rad with push fans. Single loop with 2x EK dual d5 pumps and 2 EK res.

I get 20-22c water temps and kingpin runs at 31-33c max. 24c idle. Run temps run from 64-72f.

I really dont want to throw those numbers out to ya after hearing yours.. but you dont have push/pull fans on the rads so could be many factors in the difference.. besides every card runs differently and temps.

That's with the card running at 2205mhz and the 9900k running 5.2ghz on all 8 cores.

Guessing yours is working great now with the before temps hitting 80c. So block is making good contact now.

Mine was done for function first.. nothing else out their for 4 rads.. but I ended up with 5 since I ended up with with room.

I cant move mine and mine takes up a ton of real estate. Lol

You know that im running here 18 cores at 4.8ghz ? The cpu pulls 650W at cb r20 😅 tdp 400 to 410W (coretemp)

Alrighty then.. still during gaming or benching the GPU is really the only thing pumping heat so.. 33c max to your 45c is all I was talking about.

Mine is built for gaming and games dont use alot of cores currently so max mhz is king.

Bench machine.. yeah more cores equals higher scores.

I have close 31 °C watertemp under load and max 45°C gpu core temp ... you have something between 20 and 23 water and max 33 35 °C on gpu ... now use math ... its your turn 🤭 ... delta T to water is the same like yours ;)

My card maxes out at 33c and water temp of 22c. 11c delta.

Is your pc room 86f? Cause you mentioned your cooling cant cool below abundant temps.

Stated above his room temp is 23c/73f.

Just tested like 40 mins ago for about a half hour. Entered room at 66f temp. Water temp was at 19c.

During benches the room temp climbed to 68f and the water max was both 21c for both water temps. One placed after the pump and the other before the rads so in and out temp.

Looks pretty close to me.

Monitored temps with hwmonitor. Showed 21c max for both.
