If you dont vote for either that means you are satisfied with who is in 1st and in a lazy manner passively voted for 1st. If you vote for both you committed voter fraud and that makes you an unethical person.

You should choose whichever you dislike the least for when choosing between #1 and #2. The only time you can be stuck is if you equally dislike #1 and #2 to where you cannot decide, in which case you should go with the majority choice of #1.

maybe the naming is a bit off, instead, let's call the options A, B, and C, and the order 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. and A is currently leading.
it which case I'm voting for C because it's the best answer. And as this is an abstract hypothetical, and all options have no real attributes, other than their name, saying C is the best answer is equally valid as any other option.
Though I do see the point, everyone arguing about what should or shouldn't be done, if the voting system is even meaningful, etc. A will win. You can have the most valid and well thought out point in the world, but if you don't act on it, it won't do much.
