The queue order from US and EU is separated. Not stated on the title, however this thread is for the US. You may want to start a EU step up queue thread so you can have an idea how things are in Europe...

Holy crap, they've only served the first minute so far. I'll be waiting until December. The only way I'd get pissed, though, is if they started suddenly having the FTW3 Ultras available everywhere and not sold out and me still waiting.. When they start reaching market saturation they should just devote all incoming FTW3 Ultras into step up to clear the list.

We also don't know how many people don't go to the forums or don't post even if they do.  Makes it difficult to really get a grasp of the numbers.
