Nice. I guess that means the second round of step 2 emails has been sent. I'm getting worried about how long this is going to take considering there's been 2 drops and we've only covered the first 3 minutes of step-ups.

I successfully got into the queue on 9/17 at 10:23am EST. But I never received a confirmation email however on the site and even through support, it appears I am in queue just fine. It’s possible the system just skipped a beat and didn’t get the email out. I have not received step 2 yet though. Hoping that is soon!

To be honest, step up is the new “pre order” lol, they should put all resources to fulfill them ASAP.
They might not use ALL their resources but I want to imagine they are allocating a little more to the Step-Up this week since EVGA isn't selling any cards on their site this week while they focus on making the checkout process better.

I'm beginning to wish they'd have an option to start processing the Step Ups ahead of time instead of waiting for the cards. That way people that just bought cards to step up could get them sent to EVGA and pay what's needed to be paid... Then when that person comes up in the queue, they could just immediately send out the new card.

Is Step 2 uploading an invoice? If it is, do you still need to wait for step 2 instead of going straight to step 3 if you've already uploaded an invoice prior to stepping up?

If you already uploaded an invoice for your old one you don’t need to re upload, they’ll just review it and let you know when you can proceed with payment.

Can someone give a quick overview for what each step is?
Like Step 1 is confirmation you're in queue. But does anyone know what all 5 are? Since i uploaded my invoice back on 9/2 i dont know if i technically am going to step 2 still or maybe step 3? This is my first time doing the step up and am definitely making this an amateur hour lol.

That would be interesting. I've been using my laptop and had pulled my Hydro Copper out of the loop. I did that before launch and wasn't really expecting the step-up process to go overly fast. Just easier to get the loop reset and have the card all packed up. Plus I have no idea why I will eventually get a block for the new card. So ya... if I could just send it in now and get that part all checked and verified would be good.

Based upon other posts here: With Step 2 they review the invoice you've submitted to confirm the prices etc. Step 3 would be payment and you shipping out the card. Step 4 would be reviewing the received card Step 5 would be them shipping out the new card
