What time are you guys going by? I signed up for step-up around 10:00 on the 17th but I was in a meeting and wasn't able to upload my invoice until 11:30 which is when I received a confirmation letter. That's the only e-mail I could find from EVGA on the 17th. Is the invoice confirmation e-mail the time you guys are going by? Thanks.

We're going off of the time from an email that you should have received with the following subject line: "EVGA Step-Up RMA Request Step 1 of 5..." Keep in mind that you have to convert your time for EDT

How long did it usually take you guys to go from Step 2 to 3?
Personally after getting to Step 2 I was at Step 4 pretty quick. One of the others who got their Step 2 about the same time took a while longer for step 3. The only difference between us was that I had purchased directly from EVGA. Not sure if that was why but when you purchase directly all the info is in their system. So verification you would assume is kind of instant. As opposed to checking the invoice.

still not enough if you taken in the fact that last week how many people got to step 2? At this rate EVGA will be able to clear out the day 1 queue on Thanksgiving week and thats if they can keep it up. By my estimate I will receive mine by the 3 to 4 week of January :(

I understand, that's why I'm hopeful that this is a sign of the traffic moving faster for everyone else. I was thinking I'd be on Step 2 by early December tbh.

I really, really didn't expect to still not have a card by CP2077 release. But I can see that obviously it will be wayyyyy after that. Probably 2021 for me...
Insane how terrible this launch has been. If the 6800xt can actually be obtained, I'll probably buy my first AMD card ever in 15+ years of building computers.
