Looks like Step 5 finally reached EVGA. 1 day delay from the original guaranteed delivery date. It's fine. Just need EVGA to acknowledge receipt in my products and hopefully ship it out tomorrow.

The site was completely down during that period. I think it is why you see barely any names on this list during that time frame and then a huge influx of names right after. We went through 7 names on the list this week and 29 minutes. I am 8 more names down from twism, but only 5 mins away at 10:16. I am keeping my fingers crossed I get in on the next batch.

Very possible. Your e-mail time is not indicative of your actual place in the queue. We've already run across a couple before. It's a great approximation, but not 100% accurate, so most likely next week is your drop.

Has anyone ever NOT received the first step 1 email? I never received mine after getting in queue. And eventually got worried I wasnt really in but I called a while back and everything looks good on their end. I have a Step Up ID and my status still says "In Queue".
I did have my invoice uploaded since 9/2 so idk if that messed with the system at all either since I had to buy the extended warranty to Step Up in the first place.
Was wondering if anyone else came across this as well?

There are a few in this thread that have said the same. They confirmed as long as you have a Step-up ID and "In Queue", then you're good.

I am also signed up for auto-notify.
And I will be blunt.. its going to be march for me for a notify 3080 ftw3... and I signed up on 9/19 lol. However, for the notify 3090 ftw3 its likely middle of December at this rate. So I will likely have an EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultra by Christmas Time. I will still be taking my step up sometime in March or April.. because.. I earned it. Will use it in second build.
However this is a paper launch and it has annoyed and frustrated me to the point that I am only an Nvidia brand customer because I have to be to play my games and work well from home as well. I am open to other brands... more so then ever before. I also refuse to pay above list. The 2080 Super FTW3 Ultra I purchased for step up was below list and it was new. I am using it right now.
Never paying above list.. never...

When do the 3070 queues go live? My 10/3 step up has no chance of becoming current anytime soon, more focused on the XC3 notify of 9/21 and FTW3 gaming for 9/22...thinking of canceling the current step up and using it for a 3070 since this is a lost cause for anyone after 9/20.

Honestly, I would think EVGA would want these 2000 series cards back ASAP...IMO. There's not a lot of EVGA 2000 inventory out there. They could probably move a lot of the B stock pretty quickly.

Grats! Got my card today too. It is a really nice looking card. Some of the fins on mine looked bent. Maybe they are supposed to look that way in that area. Regardless I'm happy and don't really care. It works and looks nice in my build.

Quick suggestion for the google sheets guru: A dashboard tab (make default tab) that shows the top 10 most recent step 2s and their respective date/times. Column for each model, 10 rows below each model for 10 most recent step 2 date times. That is the main info people want to see; snapshot of where the queue has caught up to. Big thanks to those that have put in the free work on the crowd sourced tracking tools... I feel bad even suggesting you put in more free work!
