Step 1: 10/5 5;57 pm eastern Step 2: 7/6 4;37 pm eastern Step 3: 7/6 4:43 pm eastern Step 4: 7/6 5;17 pm eastern Step 5: ??? How long did you guys have to wait for the transaction to verify? Still haven't gotten the email with info on where to ship my old card, even though I paid right after I got the step 3 email. I got the email saying that my payment was received, but it still hasn't been verified :(

Did you check the My Products link under My EVGA and make sure that you are still in the queue? Might want to make sure that the notification didn't go to your junk mail folder. Mine came from noreply@evga.com except for the RMA which came from csemail@evga.com. If you missed the notification, contact them, they have excellent customer service.

I second this. I missed my queue notification for the 3090 that was sent back in March..... I e-mailed them on July 1st and asked if they could help and they reactivated my step-up. My new card is out for delivery today. If you missed your e-mail just shoot them a message and they'll sort you out.

I've also been on Step 2 since July 6th so maybe they are a bit behind on processing the step 3's right now for some of us. I did email support yesterday in case they had sent an email and it had gotten lost along the way (this happened to me in Dec/20 with another card where the step 5 didnt get to me without a call to evga first).
Hopefully we get those step 3's today!

It's not an 8 hour window for the step up queue, I remember reading you have a week to pay for the difference in price for your step up. They gave me a 8 hour window when I bought my 3060 from the normal queue, and that's what I entered into the step up. I still have a long time to wait before I get a 3080.

sucks to hear everyone is stuck on steps to verify payment and invoice guess I got lucky.
step 2: 7/6 3:38 PM CST

but I got knocked back a day and maybe more when I went to the UPS store and they told me the truck just left so my package would stay there a day. the EST is Friday by 7PM so there's a good chance they might not even get to it until Monday...

Yeah I am intentionally not calculating the total cost in my head because I don't want to know that number. It's done and paid for and I should have my 3080 next week so all that matters is that and the fact that I am not upgrading again until some chip fabs get rolling.

No matter how much it is for your StepUp it's cheaper than buying a new GPU ( If you can find the one you want). An RTX 2060 isn't 1/4 the GPU you are going to get. I just got mine a bit over a week ago (I had the 2070 Super FTW3 Ultra) and I can't wait to put a water block on this beast to extend its life beyond the already great warranty. My Step 2 was 10/2 so I ended up with a non-LHR GPU which is pretty funny since someone would have to be lost to waste this GPU on crypto mining. It's a work of art and the performance is mind-bending.    " />

It feels like the pace has picked up since they did the LHR switch. After 9 long months I'm getting pretty excited (10/16). Been purposefully not playing certain games this entire time so I can experience it with a 3080.

It actually isn't though. They picked up pace for the last couple of months than it died down in the past month. And now it's starting to pick back up. Hopefully next week has drops like we were seeing 2 months ago.

Thank you for the response! Yeah, I'm shipping from NYC so a lot of bad stuff could potentially happen to an important shipment from here to there. Normally, I totally trust in UPS but I will do the insurance with this.
