What if I never bought the 10 year warranty, can I buy it for my step up 3080 once i get it?
If so how much will it cost?

Yes, you can buy the extended warranty after you get your 3080. It will give you the option when the 3080 is registered under "My Products". You have 90 days to decide and it is $30 for 5 years or $60 for 10 years.

Drops are coming this week according to Jacob, I asked him on twitter on monday. So maybe tomorrow or friday

Having missed the boat on the tariffs, the non hash limited cards, it's been a silly journey to get to this point.

It seems UPS extended the Thrive promo code, till some magical cut off. Hopefully I can hit step 3, and get it in the mail today.

So was your payment cost different from the price you see on your breakdown? I called support to make sure the price I'm seeing in the breakdown is the price I'll be paying. 
 
So mad I dropped out of the queue, I was in on the first day but had to cancel because I was moving and had to get back in so now I have to wait until we get to 10/24 lmao.

Though ti took a beating sinc the intial invoice. Originally, it was estimated at $115 with shipping.

I was NOT granted the pre-tariff price, and i had to pay full taxes on the card, they wanted 267$.

Still cheaper then scalper prices but once shipped, with the net cost, on par with newegg prices of around 1100$ ( if you win the shuffle )

The mothership has landed! Took delivery of my new RTX3080 today. Installing it tomorrow after work. As an aside, I think its kinda funny the packing hoops we had to jump through to our old card back to EVGA, whereas my new card came with little in the way of protective padding (card's fine, just chuckling at the packing/care mismatch).

Can anyone who just recently got an LHR card tell me if their 3080 FTW3 Ultra is able to run New World without any of the issues of their GPU fans showing ridiculous RPM readings? I've seen this card named in the latest article from Igorslab, just do a search for "EVGA GeForce RTX 3080, RTX 3090 and (not only) New World – when design flaws cause graphics cards to run amok | Tests"

I definitely won't be playing that game anytime soon. Anyone with a card knowingly that they could destroy their card playing this questionable game, when cards are hard to come by got to have some issues.

I'd stay far away from this game and wouldn't be willing to check for someone asking on a forum if it runs ok...

Shipped out my GPU Saturday, overnight as the promised a Monday delivery by 10.30am

All I got is a origin scan from Saturday and no updates as to remotely, where it is., Other than the local distro center.

8 months waiting and now it might be lost. The day it's been today, I'd not be surprised if it was stolen.

My step up was on 10/11/2020  getting close.. 

UPS delivered today ( Overnight shipping, saturday morning drop off @ 9.30am w/ Staples, they promised monday delivery, trying to get a refund for the late delivery ). Now i wait, in my splendor, i forgot to enlarge the RMA number on the shipping label. Learn from my mistakes.

Damn. He said the 3080 would continue to get good movement this month in the step-up a couple of weeks ago. I guess we need to just realize he's not gonna come out and say, "Abandon all hope, for a good while at least," but sheesh. Only like four or five last week and none this week. I'm not really seeing the benefit of moving to the LHR cards. Ah well. Life goes on.

Man, all of you are so much closer than I am. I registered my 3060 on 3/2/2021 @ 10:08:18 PM. Basically instantly put myself on step up after registering. So it will be a long long while. By the time it gets to me I will probably have a 4060 or 4070. haha

I think right now I will be celebrating a 1 year anniversary since I signed up.Anyone else think that is crazy?
