Two GTX 1050 won't run two monitors??

NVIDIA would not support my Issue with my SLI GTX 1080 Ti setup under Windows 1511 so I was forced to go to 1607, and my issue went away.
Now they are on 1703 and wish I never changed. But then they are Ti Cards and not 1050 Cards.

Hi Guys!!!
 
Firstly thanks for all your help, I have now updated top the latest build of windows 10 and the second screen came on when it restarted and I am now installing the drivers which seems to be going well so far as it hasn't come up and said that it is not compatible with my OS build.
