Troubleshooting EVGA 1200 P2 not working after new GPU install

Hello,

My power supply has been working fine for a year plus. I've been using a 1080 with no problems but when I upgraded to the 2080ti all I get is the light on the motherboard to turn on. I thought I was my cables as one vga power cable was new so I tried switching back to my old 1080 but all that turns on is the motherboard. Is there something I am missing? I am completely lost.

    Does your computer support integrated graphics? If yes, does the pc work with no gpu's installed?
