Anyone having trouble ordering? I keep getting an error before I can pick shipping and enter my credit card. Says to click here to start over and keeps doing the same error. That only happened to me when I tried ordering using my android phone. Worked on the pc.

Awesome, I got one just now even though I fell asleep right before they went live. I missed the 3way Pro SLI Bridge V2, though. Oh well, at least I got the backplates I needed.

Does the backplate comes with thermal pads as seen on the instructional pdf?
If not what are the thickness recomended to use on ram and VRM back?

I had the same issue this morning using Chrome. I clicked on the link in my email then logged into EVGA's website after putting the backplate in my cart. The error kept occuring. I finally emptied my cart then went and found the backplate again in their products accessories section. I put the backplate in my cart again and then I was able to complete my order. Free

I would love to see some heat benchmarks after installation of the Titan X back plate to find out how much they help offset heat.

It's supposed to be up to 3c decrease in temps with the backplate. I'm sure everyone will have different results.

I just got mine delivered, looks great. Unfortunately my PSU died last night in a crackling/popping horror. So waiting on EAR cross-ship for that. Timing on that sucks, not that there's a good time.

Installed them last night and they look really nice. I haven't done any in depth temp testing but I know my temps aren't any higher. I guess Nvidia was just trying to save a buck by not putting backplates on them in the first place. This just proves it.

I am disappointed in the EVGA Titan X backplates. It seems these are identical to the 970/980 backplates, with the logo changed to Titan X.....sounds like a Monty Python skit. They were clearly not designed for a GPU which has VRAM modules on the backplate side of the PCB. The thermal pads over most(8/12) of the VRAM modules interface with the backplate region which has perforations, hardly optimal for a thermal interface. These need to be recalled, and replaced by EVGA with a appropriately designed backplate.

I couldn't disagree more. Mine appear to be good quality and have a nice finish to them. The thermal pads are placed right where they need to be on mine. I'm very happy with the back plates especially considering they don't really add any weight to the card. My temps are also good.
