As soon as I placed my Titan x GPU into the PCI E 3.0 x 16 slots I was not able to have any signal from any of the ports. The DVI signal only works when no NVidia driver is installed, the Display port does not work no matter what, and the VGA signal displays purple color (green signal is missing). When the drivers are installed, the monitor loses signal and will not display anything after the Windows splash screen. I don’t know if this particular issue can be related to my original problem but for some reason I can’t get the NVidia Experience program to open no matter which version I install. The latest version of NVidia experience says I have to check if any firewalls or Antivirus program is preventing the software from opening. But I already shut all the firewalls and Antivirus software down and still have the same issue. What I have done so far:Deleted old drivers and updated to the latest driver version from NVidia website, updated the motherboard BIOS, used different cables, tried all the PCI lanes. Also the 12V reading from the bios displays a stable +12.288V with no fluctuations from that value . After doing all that, I still have no signal from any of the ports. Note: when I install the another GPU (GT 640 ) everything is fine. Specs:Monitor: Dell P2714H Motherboard: Asus Rampage Extreme CPU: Intel 3960x RAM: Corsair Vengeance (2Gb X 4) GPU1 (not working): Titan X GPU2 (currently not installed): GT 640 Power supply: Cool master silent pro 1000W 80 plus-gold Any help will be appreciated,

Thanks for your reply Sajin, I was thinking the same. I will contact EVGA and have the card shipped back for another one.

Yes, I have the rampage 4 extreme mobo and the Bios are updated to latest version. I already tested the Titan X on my friend's rig and encountered the same issue: when the drivers are installed, we got no monitor signal after the windows splash screen. Without the drivers, the screen displays normally via DVI but no signal from the Display port even if drivers are not installed. I'm certain the product is defective. I already contacted EVGA and they are taking me through the trouble shooting steps before I can exchange the card.
