Time Spy?

First time overclocking the 2080 Ti FTW3. What does it look like? What about the averages in HWiNFO, the numbers seem low compared to the clock speed readings MSI Afterburner were giving me in real time...

    Regarding my overclock I set core +100, mem +1000, power 124%, voltage max. I briefly hit 2100Mhz at the beginning of the Time Spy test but could not sustain it. Did I lose the silicon lottery?

    No. Sounds like gpu boost doing what it's suppose to do.
