So i'm going to start a build for the Mod Rigs showroom and this is some of the starting parts. It will all go in this case https://www.raijintek.com/en/products_detail.php?ProductID=101  which i already have as well.   Still waiting on another Sabrent Rocket M.2 drive so i can do a raid setup with PCIe 4.0 and an EKWB 360MM Flat Pump/reservoir unit. The Threadripper is a 3970X.   I just couldn't help myself but to try one since i've been nothing but Intel for the last 10 years. Also have not decided on what fans i'm going to use.  I will be using custom bend 1/2" ID PEGT Tubing on the whole thing (I HOPE) Its gonna take a while to get done for sure.

That is a dream build right there!!!
Have fun building it and don't forget to test boot it before doing all the custom bend tubing just in case.
Will this be contributing to the folding team?
    Have fun!

Yeah it will, i just got back for the weekend from being on the road but heading back out Monday so have not even been folding on my computer for a couple weeks. I was tempted to leave it going while i was gone to rack up some points but decided i better not.

Well i managed to get the motherboard switched over from fan heatsink cooling to the EKWB Quantum Momentum monoblock now. So my 3970X threadripper is now hidden under the block, but its in there !!!

I decided this thing is going to be way to heavy to move around so went ahead and made a nice rolling platform for it. Made it of 3/4" Birch and used 3" rubber heavy duty ball bearing swivel castors on it. It rolls so easy.  The platform is 32" long and 22" wide. I guess its time to start filling it with the parts now. Still waiting on several fittings and valves to show up but pretty much everything is ordered to get a good start on things.

I have come to the reality that making the custom bend tubes is easy to bend but the alignment part is a bit more difficult for sure. Practice, practice, practice. Kind of an expensive build to be first time custom tube bending with.

I managed to get the new rig up and running with a single card in it for now and did a quick benchmark and ended up with a time spy extreme score of 9,248 to move me up to # 16 spot in the HOF.     http://www.3dmark.com/spy/12608248

So i am using one of those 80mm thick radiators and decided i needed the best air movement i could get thru it since its so thick.  I pulled out my Noctuah 3000 rpm fans and they are working great but i have always wondered why Noctuah hasn't made any RGB fans yet.  I decided to try some of the Phanteks Halo 120mm RGB Frames. They work great, you can actually get good color out of the plain black/brown noctuah fans with them.  Gonna be a lot of extra wiring to get covered up though.

Hey @Sajin i'm getting pretty close to being topped out it, having trouble keeping things cooled enough to go much higher now. I have the gpu on the chiller and the threadripper on regular custom loop. High air temps and humidity are keeping me from getting much better right now.  Had to take a bit of a break though, i was getting benchmark and overclock jitters. LOL.  I thought about putting the chiller on the threadripper to see what it would do as well but have not made that leap yet. I see they have the time spy extreme cpu scores on the hof all messed up right now.

My new rig is starting to create some good benchmarks.    I just regained my #3 spot in Port Royal a couple of times with dual kingpins.   http://www.3dmark.com/pr/285898   and     http://www.3dmark.com/pr/285907   Managed to keep both of them at around clock of 2280 the whole test.

EDIT:  Oh took over the #2 spot now in the HOF.   http://www.3dmark.com/pr/285939  Managed to get the memory to 8500mhz  stable.

Yeah and the gap between me and #1 is for sure not gonna get filled by me so not much sense in even thinking that. When the next series gpu's com out gonna probably fade away quick from the HOF anyway with my kingpins.

Here is a few photo's of the power side of the build. I ran out of hard tubing so i temporarily put a piece of flexible tubing on for now, and then i am also waiting on my green cable ties to use so i can remove the black twisties as well. This pump/reservoir, and radiator is for the cpu/motherboard monoblock only. The radiator is 360mm x 80mm thick so pretty much the same as 2 standard 360mm radiators.  Fans are the Noctuah 3000rpm models. Gotta figure out a way to get the fan and rgb cables held up better as well, after a while its pretty hard to get everything hidden though for sure.
