Digital_Fuzion Are those support brackets exclusively only for EVGA 3090's? Or are the universal for any 3090 series card?
Its a universal support bracket. Should work with any modern GPU. https://www.v1tech.com/pr.../gpu-support-brackets/
They sure do make some nice accessory pieces for the GPU. Jmmods also makes some amazing pieces as well like their infinity backplate and GPU backet which can be controlled by a remote or even Corsair iCue. RGB bonanza!

I wish it had fans built on it besides the LED - RGB light show. Up stream cool air to cool the massive 3090.

If you're interested in seeing the Strimer Plus cables running. I used a 24 pin on the GPU also. https://imgur.com/a/rlwWp3L This was before the 5900X and Strimer Plus cables came in The clown lips kind of clash with it... but that's okay, you can change the lights so the card wont' be sad.

I really love how the FTW3 looks. I didn't have much lighting in my case before this card. I think it looks awesome with the EVGA Audio card underneath it. It doesn't look so big in a full tower though. It's a Corsair Obsidian 800D. The card really brings my computer into the RGB age lol. I really like how there are several parts that light up, the EVGA on the top of the card and it's not shown in these photos but the EVGA on the end of the card as well. The air blowing through the GPU helped lower the temp of my PCH of my motherboard. Previous card didn't allow air to pass through so the fan from the bottom of the case couldn't cool that part of the motherboard very well. The average temp of the PCH dropped by a full 10°C after installing this card. I have 7 case fans and 3 fans on the CPU cooler so helping the air pass through the case properly helped a decent amount. My previous card was a Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC 3X White. It was very well performing 2070 Super but gaming at close to 4K the 3090 have close to doubled the frame rates I used to have. I am very happy with my 3090. Thank EVGA for addressing the failed Nvidia launch. I had preordered(paid in full) a card from memory express here in canada, I had waited over 6 weeks and they refused to give any info about position in queue or the total number of preorders. They also gave no updates about when you might receive your card so when I got a purchase link email from EVGA I jumped on it instantly and cancelled my preorder from memory express and got a full refund.

yup yup, used the Phanteks vertical mount kit. and didn't need to modify anything to make it fit. where it screws to the back of the case, it is a little fiddly and it is easy to nearly cross thread the screws. but if they give you any resistance screwing in just wiggle the bracket a little bit and they should drop in place. here is a pic of the bracket mounted. ignore the fact I have the cable plugged into the wrong PCI slot on the motherboard. LOL. it's in slot 1 like it should be. https://cdna.pcpartpicker.com/static/forever/images/userbuild/297747.40a3fd2630472d73f4f718d3c0f05dfc.1600.jpg and it is slightly bent vertically because I have one of the included foam pads under it. once I got the card installed I took the pad out.

How are your m2 ssd drive temps with the vertical mount? I noticed my primary drive is running pretty hot with the 3090 ftw3 horizontally mounted. I have two identical drives. The one by the video card is running 13C higher. 72C vs 59C. Can't wait to get this gpu a waterblock!

on this motherboard the NVME is mounted next to the ram on the edge of the board. and honestly vertically mounting the card was a good move because fan 3 being a blow through design blows air right on the NVME. I flipped the BIOS switch over to the OC on my card so the fans are locked on so there is always air moving over it. right now, as I type this my drive is 46 degrees according to the samsung software. without the 3080 fan blowing air over it, it is around 58. and I have also noticed that case fan 1 and fan 2 are cycling off from time to time. those are set for my chipset temps. so I know that has been running a little cooler as well. and even when gaming having hot air blow on stuff doesn't seem to be raising the temps more than about 4 or 5 degrees. moving hot air is still better than no air.

If you want it to boost more for better scores your gonna have to keep the temps lower then that or it's not gonna happen.
