Hey guys ! I just received the mail for the payment (step 3 of 4). And I'm wondering, after the payment how many time I have to send my card ? Cause I'm gamer and I want to aim the best week for not having a working computer.(don't have another gpu)

Well in my personal opinion the faster the better it will be for you to get the card. What I do in situations like this is that I have an old video card I stick in my PC just to browse the internet until I get the item.

You have 7 days to pay and 14 days after that to ship the card. If you need more time you could ask support!

Thank you Scotchy49 ! When you said "14 days to ship the card" If I'm shipping it the 13th day is it ok ? or it means on the 14th days, the card had to be in their wall ?

The step 4/4 mail says this: Your Step-Up RMA Number is valid for 14 days, then it will expire. I think this means the card has to arrive to them within 14 days after your payment is verified.

You have 14 day's to send back. I think it means on the 14th day MAX the card should be there. EVGA not tracking your shipment, so I'm pretty sure the deadline is 14th day of the period else they cancel your Step up. (Contact to the support to make it sure.)

Question about water cooling? What is the difference between getting the the EVGA Hybrid cooler and getting an EK block? Which is better for cooling, noise, price? My card is shipped, it will hopefully be with me next Tuesday, 04/18/2017, By End of Day. Hope everyone is getting their cards soon.

Hybrid cooler is cheaper , more compact also simple solution and ! it don't need maintenance! . I recommend it if you don't have a lots of money and some experience with custom loops. I have a simple loop. 1CPU and 1 VGA with 1 360 radiator. Its around 850-900+ euro. Its more efficient, quieter and looks better. But hard to work with.

Thanks for the posts about shipping guys... I don't have any experience with UPS, I they don't really have any presense in Denmark... I wouldn't even know where to drop off that package. Will probably just use GLS. Anyway, got approved today and my payment is pending. I'm thinking I should wait until after Easter to pay so my package doesn't get stuck in some storage house because of the holidays. It only has 10 days to get there after I pay after all.

Payment approved, yay! How did you guys package your cards? Did you just use the original box(the one with the logos on it) or did you put it in a larger box with padding in it?
