I too received step 3 email, very excited!!

I also have a question. In my email it says:

Your final adjusted trade-in price is: 492.65. Subtract this from 819.99 for your Step-Up costs. This includes taxes but does not include shipping.

So what I have to pay is:
819.99-492.65= 327.34

But on the payment site it says the amount I have to pay is 340.33.

Can anyone explain?

The difference between the 340.33 and 327.34 is 12.99, does anyone know what its for?

Maybe Cost of send....? EDIT: Confirmed, 12,99 is just the cost of European Standard delivered. You can see in your product Step up

I don't understand, EVGA jump people in reviewing for invoice... I upload correctly

I am dumb, that makes perfect sense. In fact I can see it in my page as well, many thanks :)

I have also spoken to EVGA on the phone (a very friendly rep) and he confirmed standard shipping is 12.99.

For the benefit of those who have not received their step 3 yet it might be helpful for those who do receive it to state their geographic location to see if there are any patterns.

I am in the UK.

I sent mine back today. I'm from Austria so it's just about 300 km from their warehouse in Germany. Hopefully they get it tomorrow. Packed it all nice with some bubble protective foam and paper. I hope I get the 1080 ti until next weekend.

Did you send it via normal carrier in your country or via DHL?

Also did you make it a signed parcel? Did you include insurance?

And if you do not mind, how much did it cost to ship it to EVGA?

I have not sent a valuable item like this before so any pointers would be appreciated. I am in the UK and some parcel companies do not provide insurance for tech parcels.

Yes,normal carrier with 1000 € insurance. It cost me 19,90€. I've never sent anything with DHL before so didn't want to risk it.

Atleast someone is moving in the queue. It feels like they processed like what.. 50? 100? Step-ups? I'm still stuck in the pending queue on Step 1. Whilest the US people who stepped up on April first got through on April 7th. For the love of god, I hope they block the US step-ups for once and send more supply to the EU. We have been sat in queue for a month in a few days. A month vs 1 week in the US.

It seems abusive to me that even being of the same day 10 you still have not been able to pass the queue when it seems that everyone else has already passed that step, then until step 4 is tremendously fast once the queue has passed.
I do not expect to receive the new card until May.

I give up lol, I'll just see what happens, till than I won't bother with complaining anymore. It is as it is, US has a great processing time, EU does not. I imagine the people who stepped up halfway through going to have to wait another two months?
Either way, we'll see how things go.

Well as you said it is as it is. I requested step up within the first half an hour after they released it and passed the queue almost one month later. We should be thankful that we have an option to do it first place. We are all going to get our cards boys.

Shipped my 1080 via Royal Mail today. Will arrive there tomorrow which is surprising. Thought I'd have to send to Germany or whatever but they've got a place in the UK. Hopefully I'll get my ti before Easter so I can play around with it for a few days 😲

Received step 2 mail today!

Now I hope that I have uploaded my invoice correctly. Its strange, cause when I'm on the US site it says 'invoice uploaded' but the EU site just says 'click here to upload invoice'. But once I click into that it says that i HAVE uploaded...

I guess I'll just assume that everything is OK. :D

I shipped 2 days ago using UPS, cost me about EUR 50 for 2 cards with EUR 1,000 insurance  and delivery confirmation.
I just received the delivery confirmation, waiting EVGA for updates now!
