rjohnson11If the prices for the upper level cards turn out to be that expensive I think many gamers will be disappointed and angry.

the_Scarlet_onerjohnson11If the prices for the upper level cards turn out to be that expensive I think many gamers will be disappointed and angry. It could be free and they would be disappointed and angry. Tweaktown is going full clickbait these days. They are just trying to get people to give them ad revenue.
yaymzLol.. This is just some Youtuber's "predicted" prices. Gotta get that click bait in.. All that aside, the prices listed wouldn't shock me at all and aligns with what I see as the new normal (inflation) along with the added costs of moving to TSMC/reserving line time, component price jumps, etc.. I just hope it is the top end 4090's hitting that $2999 mark and not the retail starting block MSRP.
Flint 1760ty_ger07What kind of journalistic integrity was required to write up this article?Oh, about as much as you get from most journalists these days, i.e., none.
Miguell800 bucks for a x070 vanilla mid-upper card??
HoggleI remember when we thought the 3080Ti would launch in fall 2020 with a retail price of $1499 price. What we got was a fall launch of just a 3080 that had the performance of better than a 2080Ti with a price of $699. Everyone thought it would be five hundred more than that. As for the cards I don't know how much of an interest miners will have in the future with Bitcoin being down 50% and it looking like Russia might crackdown on mining like China did. The other thing is we could see NVIDIA put in a limit to mining on future cards. If all that happens I am not sure how much value mining will have to people looking to buy a GPU.
