I've registered about a month ago, but nothing yet. Is this offer not for the RTX 2070 XC Ultra? I mean it looks like the trim kit would work.

Did you Sign Up?

Yes, right after I got my 2070 XC Ultra on 23 October. There was no option for my card, so I selected the 2080 XC Ultra, as the coolers are the same.

That is because the offer is only for the RTX 2080 and 2080 Ti so you will not be getting a set.
You cannot pick a card that you do not Own that is Lying and Cheating.

I could have sworn I saw these for all 20 series cards, and at the time, the 2070 had just been released.

It's a month later and still unable to claim the trim kit after purchasing 08G-P4-2081-KR.   It's advertised as being eligible when purchasing, listed on the claim page as being eligible, yet no option is selectable when trying to do the final claim/confirmation step.

Good morning, I will ask in the forum if you can help me. In September I bought an rtx2080 xc ultra and I registered for the free trim kit, but we are in December and I have not received anything yet. Fill in the form and return the invoice. Can you help me?

too bad that I changed my mind on the color after it shipped..hahaha....
 
Oh well....maybe I'll give the red kit to someone...Maybe...

I got the same error as you when I try it but under Win 10 Fire Fox and IE11.

I am having the same issue as already described with asking to select my trim kit even when I have it filled out. I previously received a trim kit but bought a FTW3 card and it won't let me complete the form.

This happened before as well, I even have two HC cards that are listed but cannot select a color and complete the process this time around. Last time they fixed it and then posted here on the Forum.

I cant select white,the only options I have is black or red,which is basically only choice is red since black come with my card already

You could paint it to what ever color you want. It’s an accessory and would be removed before any RMA anyway.
