Do we have any information on whether or not a 3080 Hybrid will be available on launch day?  I know it's listed in eVGA's specs / press release sheet, but the Hybrid cards have been a bit "late" in the past.


October, Jacob responded on twitter about hybrid availability a few minutes ago.

This is good news, in the past Jacob said Oct/Nov.

Same. I really need it to be +$150 or less (talking about 3090 FTW3). The card is already too expensive to be honest

It was taken down very fast, but someone got a screenshot of it on the nvidia subreddit. It's always possible the prices are subject to change prior to a launch though.

Best Buy has a bunch of cards listed with prices now. Can't order them yet but they have MSI, Gigabyte, and Asus cards for both 3080 and 3090. No EVGA cards listed. The Asus 3090 STRIX is $1799. Hopefully that's just due to Asus being overpriced as always. The MSI Gaming X Trio has also been revealed by Amazon to be $1599 (prices gone now) which is a card on par with the FTW3 (at least from the 2000 series). With any luck the FTW3 will be in that ballpark.

Just looked at your link. The pricing for the 3070/3080 are extremely reasonable. I’m honestly a little surprised that the 3080’s aren’t more expensive than what the photoshot showed.

The 3090 is expensive, but it’s also the best graphics card in the world (currently).

I saw I saw, but is it like early october, october 31st, mid october? where in the uk will they be available etc etc. My birthday is the 15th and I've got that full week off  would be good to get it in time!

If you search Jacob's replies in twitter you will see him replying to others about hybrids in October. He initially stated October maybe November, but has since stated October. We will just have to wait and see.
