They might not be the same but at the end the day they're both still video cards how much more are you willing to pay for those extra 5 or 10 frames a second $200 $400 $600 don't get me wrong bells and whistles are nice but what price are you willing to pay for those I can't really justify paying an extra $400 for 5 to 10 frames a second and some bells and whistles

I wouldn't compare the FE to the FTW3. FTW3 is a better all around GPU. It costs more for a reason. You get more bells and whistles.
At the end of the day, they aren't the same and shouldn't be compard to each other. FE will get beat by the FTW3 hands down.
Also, the FTW3 is taller (Custom PCB).
While I believe the FTW3 will most probably be superior to the founders edition, this generation is unique in that Nvidia has created their own "custom pcb" for the founders edition. There will be a typical reference pcb available for board partners, but the FE will not be using the reference design.

You have to remember that price includes tax. If you want to have an accurate cost you need to first factor out VAT before you convert.

Again, you should edit your title since this pertains to the EU since the EU pricing won't be the same as in the US even if you converted currencies. Approximate isn't good enough. GPUs are always more expensive in the EU than the states. You're only creating more confusion.

I see alot of the 3080 on eBay already with the jacked up prices for them even though preorders. I always thought it was foolish to make a listing for something you don't even have.

Graphics cards aren't the only articles subject to this practice. And that way they can easily get past any restrictions - cause they are sitting at the source.

That would be over $3000 dollars and that is beyond crazy i wouldn't pay $2000 for that 3090 ftw3 ultra card and over $1000 dollers for the 3080 ftw3 ultra lol no wonder they don't want to post there prices i don't blame them so founders edition here i come
