Now that people are receiving their preorders I'd like to hear from owners of the FTW3 specifically what are your performance results.  What overclock speeds are you able to achieve and what are your temperatures under load.  Can't find a single review online on this card so would love to hear first hand what people are getting to compare to the XC Gaming or XC Ultra.

I'll post results when I get mine tomorrow. I've also been curious to see how they perform.

You're getting much better results than me. I set the power limit to 124% and the one click overclock gave me a max GPU clock of 2072 mhz and I was only able to manually overclock to 2077 mhz ...

Edit: So with my manual overclock I am getting a max of 2100 Mhz for the GPU clock, and while playing games it sits at 2085 Mhz for the GPU clock with the memory overclocked to 8050 Mhz. While playing games I had a max temp of 50 degrees Celsius. I was hoping for better but I guess those aren't bad results.

Interesting side note, I see get no difference in clock speeds if I have the power limit set to 100% or 124%...

How loud is the FTW3’s fans at 100%? Quiet, audible but not distracting, audible and noticeable, or loud?

Very nice, hope mine is just as good that would be awesome. I should know hopefully later today.

I have a very similarly performing card.  Dialed it back to a +100mhz offset, and +300 on the memory side just to keep things under max.  I can run some benchmarks later (currently at work)

Eh, it goes from not audible to, audible but not distracting when doing its thing on stock settings.  Highest temp I've reached is 60c with a mild overclock on the stock fan curve after a few hours of gaming.

Edit: I realize this doesnt directly answer your question as I have not ramped up the fans to 100%, nor have I felt the need to.  I'm sure at 100% they're going to be quite audible but I suppose how much is dependant on your case, headphones, etc.  I wear Open back Sennheisers so I may be more aware of noise in the room than others

Granted I am coming from a 1080 ti FTW3 hybrid, but dang these fans seems incredibly loud at 100%. With my current setup I have my PC in the next room and I run a 15 foot display port cable to my monitor in my office, so there is some distance and a wall between me and the PC case and when these fans spin up to 100% I can hear it very well in my office. Before the 1080 ti FTW3 hybrid I had 2 1080 ASUS strix GPUs in SLI and I don't recall being able to hear the fans at 100% with the PC being in the other room. It's not a big deal to me as I always have headphones and I don't notice the fans at 100% while I game, but if I had my PC right next to me as I was gaming I bet I could hear the fans over my headphones while gaming.

On a side note, this GPU puts off a ton of heat. I ran some stress tests for about 2 hours last night and it was noticeable hotter in my basement where I have this set up.  With the GPU maxing out at 61 degrees Celsius that's shows how good of a cooler is on this GPU. I have a digital thermometer and I'll take some temp readings later to determine how much it heats up the basement and report back.

I find them just a tick quieter than the 1080 Ti FTW3 fans at 100%.

Got my ftw and dropped it in. Few questions for you guys that have one or for EVGA...

    1. The power target is limited to 124%, is this how it should be?
    2. There appears to be a bios switch, but it doesn't seem to change anything. Is that also intentional?
    3. The card is running cool, quiet, and fast, but I can't complete a full run of timespy or timespy extreme without crashing on the second or third test, with complete stock settings. Other benchmarks and games seem to be running fine, however. (this didn't happen with my 1080ti or 2080ti xc ultra and yes I have fully reinstalled fresh drivers and PX1)
    4. Any one else noticing settings not sticking when applied/saved in PX1? I understand it's still in beta, but it is making it a bit more difficult to know what's really happening (or not) when I move things around.

So far my card seems to be limiting out around 2115mhz or so and not breaking 60*c with the default curve, but I need to do more testing.

    Thanks

This happened to me once with a 1080ti hybrid running stock... if I recall it only happened with timespy, and not any other benchmark... I somehow fixed it... but honestly can't remember what I did. I do remember it was nothing hardware wise that was the problem and the card served me very well until replaced with a kingpin.

I know its not much help, but at least its probably not hardware!

    1. The power target is limited to 124%, is this how it should be?

That freaked me out too, I was so concerned that contacted Jacob on twitter and he let me know that is correct and the 124% power target limit allows the card to use 373 watts. I was also able to confirm that it allows 373 watts at the 124% power target limit with my testing.
    Andrew_K
    2. There appears to be a bios switch, but it doesn't seem to change anything. Is that also intentional?

I'm curious on this one as well. The only thing I've noticed is that when the BIOS switch is in the OC position that fan 1 runs at 20% at idle no matter what you configure it to do at idle. All the fans have no problem ramping up though, so it seems to just change the idle function of fan 1. Kind of seems silly to have a BIOS switch that does that.

Not sure on this one. Time Spy does crash on me but only if I set the GPU clock offset to anything over 149.

It's always second or third, and I had no problems running it yesterday (edit: earlier today) with the same rig and a 2080ti sc ultra. Points to GPU and/or driver issue. :)

Reduce your cpu overclock until you can pass test 3. It might fix test 2 also if the cpu's borderline stable. I think you can tell 3DMark to skip the graphic tests until you get test 3 passing.

These cards dump a lot of heat into the case, so depending on your airflow that could easily push a marginal cpu overclock over the edge. Make sure you leave a bit of cpu margin for when the graphics card is working hard.

Of course PX1 doesnt save my test, but I believe it was 158, or 168 (probably the lower of the two) Every time I load PX1 up it saves my manual offsets but not the fan curves or the test results.

I hear you there, it would be nice if PX1 saved those results. the auto overclocker gave me a result of +153, but when I ran it at +153 3d mark crashed shortly after running the first GPU test.  Seemed to be stable at +147 and I dialed it back to +140 for the GPU. I settled on +700 for the mem overclock which seems to be stable.

I ran the Assassin's Creed Odyssey benchmark to compare the manual OC to the factory OC. The average of my benchmark runs showed that I was getting a 8% increase in avg FPS with the manual OC. Not bad, I was kind of hoping for more, but I'll run with it.

Two banks of memory are hitting 70+ under load even at stock speeds. Anybody else experience this?
Also, there is a noticeable Coil whine under heavy load such as firestrike graphics test.
BIOS SWITCH makes no difference in performance with benchmarks so far.
not having luck getting GPU to oc higher than +115 (most of the time) without crashes. i have had a few benches pass with higher but most of the time it crashes and fails

PX1 Auto-OC Passing Score of 158, though I am running under that currently.  Haven't bothered testing for stability at their claimed number.

I would post the wonderful benchmarks I got from my RTX2080TI FE but the darn card wont run ANY games without crashing to the desktop, or going black screen and then locking up my whole PC, or displaying artifacts and then locking up my whole PC.  At any rate my 4 day old Founder's Edition is a total POS and Nvidia doesn't really care.  Fortunately I will only be out the return shipping.  I will wait until EVGA has a good supply and buy my next one from them.  At least their tech support cares.

I haven't been able to play for very long without crashing either . I just formated every hard drive and re installed Windows. Doing drivers now. Reset all Over clocks. Going stock on everything and gonna see what happens. Wanna rule out anything else before I call and start complaining.

The sad part is I never got to try overclocking it, it progressively got worse and worse until I had to pull it out.

I got about the same, but I found I couldn't finish the 2 Timespy's without dropping the overclock back a bit.

Got 2 setup in SLI / NVLink, and for the 3DMark Time Spy Extreme (for 2x video cards) I got ranked 40th in the world.....then with just a small tweak popped up to 36th.
