Hello
I acquired an Evga Geforce RTX 2080 Super XC Ultra graphics card a few days ago on Amazon (France).
At the begining all seemed okay. I installed last Nvidia Game Ready drivers (512.95)
But my worry began when I saw Nvidia drivers displaying the card as a Geforce RTX 2070.
I made a test with GPU-Z that seems to confirm that the card is a 2070 and not a 2080 (but it explains that the card information is retrieved from Windows drivers). It does not confirm that the card is a fake.
On the card, I can see the PN as 08G-P4-2183-KR (EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC ULTRA)
On Windows, using PCI-Z, I can see 10DE:1F07:3842:2173 as Pci Device ID (Geforce RTX 2070)
But on the card itself, the P/N is good for a 2080. The SN is also okay. But the label text seems strikethrough...
So i'm lost, I don't know if my card is a fake or not.
Maybe someone can help me ?
