RTX 2070 SUPER XC GAMING won't "wake up" monitor?

Recently bought this card (brand new). Card works great, zero issues. But one thing annoying me is it won't wake up my main monitor. I have 2 monitors plugged in. One is my second 1080p monitor hooked up via HDMI, the other is my main gaming monitor 3440X1440 plugged in via DP. When I turn the computer on, it will wake the 1080p monitor up, but not the main one. Do I need the DP port plugged into a certain one on the card? I have to turn the monitor off, then back on for it to recognize the input.
MY 2080Ti didn't have this issue. It woke up both monitors at the same time when I turned the PC on.

    does the DP monitor screen come on After you enter Windows ?

    I'm not sure honestly. I never let it sit long enough to find out. Out of habit, I now just immediately turn it off, then on when I see the 1080P HDMI monitor come up.

    Did you confirm the Multi monitor setup inside of Windows - Nvidia Control Panel - after installing the New GPU

    Did you confirm the Multi monitor setup inside of Windows - Nvidia Control Panel - after installing the New GPU


    They both show up as monitor 1 and 2 like I want so it looks correct.
