RTX 2070 - Displayport not working

No one of my 3 displayport are actually working...
 
I just bought this GPU, i can use HDMI without a problem and my displayport "works" (sorta coz its 640x480p) for my bios and during the boot time
 
but soon as my windows comes up, my second screen goes off...
 
what should i do?

    Have you tried just using the one monitor working with HDMI, loading the latest Nvidia drivers, shutting down the system and then connecting the other monitor using display port?

    Using one monitor on Hdmi works 100% fine, if I unplug this hdmi and leave just DP, my system starts and I can see my boot sequence at 640px480p... shows windows logo but when it was supposed to login on windows my screen goes black and shows no signal

    Never seen this issue before but can you confirm that the display port is working fine on the monitor itself by plugging it into a different source such as another video card with DP?

    Yes because i just unplugged my 1050ti that I was using along with my DP and monitor

    Ok, it is very likely to be graphics card problem but to confirm I ask that you re-test the 1050 Ti in the same slot or test the 2070 in a different slot or  different PC if possible.

    I and it’s working fine ... is there any chance of buying vesa cable will do any difference ? Because my monitors don’t have DP input .. so I’m using a cheap Dp cable into Hdmi cable ...

    This may cause any problem ?

    If it’s necessary to RMA..,can I do this here in Brazil ? Getting one new from here ?
