Up-Plug the Power Cable to the Monitor and count to 10 and plug it back in and it should work.

What is the Make and Model of your Monitors? What Video Cables are you using to each Monitors? What Ports on the Graphics Card are you using and to what Monitor? Did you setup your Monitors in the NVIDIA Control Panel? What Motherboard do you have and did you update the Bios and turn off or Disable the Intergraded Video in the Bios. Did you uninstall the NVIDIA Drivers and Software with the GTX 1050 Ti installed BEFORE you remove the GTX 1050 Ti and put in the RTX 2070? What Power Supply do you have and how old is it? Are you using Two Separate PCIe Power Cables from your PSU to the GPU?

Well you really are not giving us any information. What is the Make and Model of your Monitors? What Video Cables are you using to each Monitors? What Motherboard do you have and did you update the Bios and turn off or Disable the Intergraded Video in the Bios.
Sure Im sorry 1 - One is Samsung and the other is LG (old models) - during the boot sequence both works fine 2 - One generic displayport cable (that used to work with my old 1050ti) and one regular HDMI cable that can work for both monitors 3 - One HDMI and One Displayport 4 - I have gigabyte x470 gaming 5 motherbaord ... i did not update my bios since i bought and I believe i dont have any integraded video enable on it Let me ask something too please During the process of installation it took my a while to place the GPU... is it possible i did not installed 100% correctly? very sorry my broken english

When you installed the GPU did it Lock when you seated it in the PCIe Slot? Also what Driver Version did you install? To test the cable can you change them for one monitor to the other and test. Also removing the cable and putting it back in can re-seat the cable in the Port. This Motherboard? https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X470-AORUS-GAMING-5-WIFI-rev-10#kfWhat CPU?

Yes the Cooler Fans do turn off after the OS Boots Up. They turn on after the GPU Temperatures goes above 6x °C not sure if 64 °C or 67 °C But you can install PX1 Version 0.3.9 BETA Download Standalone Version and set the Fans. Run the NVIDIA Control Panel and setup your Monitors.

bcavnaugh Did you setup your Monitors in the NVIDIA Control Panel?
I didn't see an answer to this. Go into "Set Up Multiple Displays". Are all your monitors listed? If so, is the little checkbox checked on each? Not sure why the OP needed to start another thread. There shouldn't be enough difference between a 1050ti and a 2070 to need new cables (except DVI, if you were using that). The DP cables I had on my old GTX760 are working fine on my new 2070.

Will they both work being the only thing plugged in when windows boots? In other words, will your "second" monitor work in windows if the "first" monitor is unplugged during boot? (edit: disregard question about dp vs hdmi, reread your posts)

Both monitors works fine when I plug in on the only HDMI I have... so of course, one at time, so both monitors are ok! The DP port only works during the boot time and at 640x480p.... and even if my main monitor is plug in the second monitor works during the boot and i can enter on bios with it... dont ask me why, its only having 640x480p .. but soon as the windows logo shows up... my second monitor goes off (my pc was showing the boot on it) and then my main screen goes on and windows starts

luiztosi During the process of installation it took my a while to place the GPU... is it possible i did not installed 100% correctly?
Hmm. Let's go back to this for a minute. Can you expand upon what you mean? Have you run anything like GPU-Z? I've attached mine. Mainly looking at the Bus interface but really anything that is much different may be a concern. Otherwise I'm running out of ideas. Take bcavnaugh's advice and try another cable. Maybe try putting your 1050ti back in and see if the DP cable works. Still can't imagine there would be any difference in cable requirement between a 1050ti and a 2070 but could be wrong. You might have damaged the cable too I suppose. I assume you have tried all the DP ports on the 2070.

I played BF5 on ultra without a problem, and here we go: Well.. i read a lot saying that the cable really matters... i just bought one and lets see when its arrive... the one i had was over generic...

The gpu-z looks fine, so you probably installed it right. ;) My clocks look a bit different because I'm running a +148/+1000 overclock on mine during break-in. That is very strange. Hopefully the new cable will fix it!

You know what i was thinking... i could bet its the cable... maybe this is high end gpu and using a cheap cable cant send good signal to the monitor because of this im gettting 640x480 resolution and once windows try to starts on such low res my screen goes off...

I wonder if the monitor Hz is set to High? Can your Monitor be Reset back to Factory Settings? Also 640x480 resolution is VGA Default so it default to this when it cannot set a resolution or the resolution is set to high for the monitor to handle.

Pretty sure minimum resolution for windows 10 is 800x600. Stuck at 640x480 would explain windows refusal to use it.

If I connect this monitor with my hdmi cable using the only hdmi it has, it works without a problem ...
The problem here is ... only if this cable that is DP in one side and hdmi in other its no capable of to run this gpu
I bought a HP display adapter to try..
