I have an RTX 2080 that I just moved from an old system to a new system I just built. The following problem is present in both systems. 

I have a 1440p 144hz main display using DP. I also have two AOC 1080p monitors that I run at 60hz. The main display is fine, but with the AOCs I've had problems with them just not being detected at all while using DP. HDMI works fine and one of them is currently hooked up using HDMI but I can't get DP to work. I'm using legit displayport certified cables and the same problem persists. Thoughts?

Pulling the Power Cable from your Monitor is not working to wake it up?
You have also setup the Monitors in the NVIDIA Control Panel?

Funny you say this. I had powered the monitor on and off and unplugged DP and plugged back in and it still didn't come back up. Just pulled the power and it detected it. Extremely strange to have to do this but at least I know a work around. I never had this issue with the 1070 I had before this 2080.
