RTX 2070 Clock Speed Limit Based on Textures

Hello,

I have just noticed that while playing Black Desert Online, when my Graphics settings are set to medium my GPU CLock speed will reach 1935. But when I turn down the graphics of the game due to needing more frames when more then 100 players are using skills my clock speed will go to 1410 and sit there. Is there a setting to make my GPU always run at max?  I have Performance mode enabled in power settings.

    Try enabling boost lock.

    Where do i Find Boost lock? I just tried to max the clock and apply and it cause the video card to fail

    Boost lock was introduced in version 0.4.8.0. You need to update your px1 software... https://www.evga.com/precisionx1/

    Sounds like a classic CPU bottleneck to me.
