RGB Issues - Geforce RTX 2070

Hey guys, sorry to bother.
 
I recently bought this gpu EVGA geforce rtx 2070, at first the RGB Leds were working fine, but suddenly with no reason at all (no energy fall, no colisions, nothing) they started turning of or start glitching and flashing.
 
Tried change in Evga Precision X1, it changes the color but keeps on turning off and on.
 
Sometimes it turns of for a long while
 
I tried tighten the energy cable, but it didn't change anything.
 
What should i do? Please help

    Just inspect the card, and make sure all the cables that plug into the pcb are fully seated.

    Make sure no other RGB control software you may have installed is interfering with it/conflicting with it/controlling it.

    Just rebooted the PC, all from scratch.
     
    Windows 10 installed and evga precision x1
