On sat night I have upgrade my new M.2 Samsung evo plus 500gb NVME install on to my MB and I got two m.2 NVME for top and bottom 250gb on my MB! I setup in BIOS to boot my Windows on New M.2 NVME and second M.2 for games. So went install fresh windows 10 and setup everything good! so I check in my event viewer notice their a Intel SGX AESM appear warning! When I install my sound driver for 3D core SoundBlaster on my MB and reboot Windows then my sound went stop suddenly can hear very low....not that loud. My volume always stay no change! I try figure out why and try disable Intel SGX AESM running in my Services and restart my windows and test my sound is back good normal sound. Why this cause my sound? I have not disable SGX in my BIOS but just my windows Services disable in my Intel SGX AESM.
Can I ask what is Intel SGX do?
Do I need this?

    Thanks Sajin yes I did read this early and not sure if I do need this! 
    This warning from Event Viewer say 'AESMService: Platform Services initialization failed due to DAL error' Event ID 103.
    Of course it latest update Intel SGX driver.
    This was first time before bought new M.2 SSD

    it is safe to uninstall and reinstall in my Device Manager?

    Hello, I am a newbie/dummy- I am trying to play a 4k blu-ray (cyberlink power DVD 19) movie but there is a notice to install intel SGX,
    anyway after I click on to install SGX, a notice comes up and reads -Does not support this platform or BIOS. My bois is set to software controlled.
    I have the latest Pioneer 4k blu-ray drive/Coffee Lake cpu/asus Z370MB/64GB memory And yes I have updated to the latest Bios/
    also i have updated the latest cyberlink patch.
    updated my drivers for my evga 1050 HDCP 2.2 video card, and have updated my win 10 to version 1903 - - -
    Can anybody please give me a step by step of the the hell I should/can do?

    Only iGPU supports 4K UHD BD playback.
    So you should confirm your motherboard has an iGPU DP/HDMI output.
    If your MB doesn't have it, exchange your MB.
    For EVGA motherboards, Z370 Classified K & H370 Stinger has iGPU HDMI 2.0 output.
